About me
Taqee Khaled is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Imagine Deliver, an award-winning Twin Cities-based strategy, insights, and design firm focused on rebuilding a world for everyone. With over 20 years of experience across healthcare, technology, philanthropy, and public health, Taqee leads growth, operations, and special projects, helping C-suites and boards build community-driven strategies and transform systems.
Prior to Imagine Deliver, Taqee led the national strategy practice at Nerdery and held senior roles at BlueCross Minnesota, where he shaped corporate strategy and managed major investments like the Tobacco Settlement Fund. His career spans strategy, operations, and M&A consulting roles at Accenture and West Monroe, as well as academic research in public health, biotech, and neuropharmacology. During his research career, he interned at both the Karolinska
Institute’s Nobel Forum in Stockholm, focusing on cell transport protein visualization, and the World Health Organization’s Department of Making Pregnancy Safer in Geneva.
A recognized leader in digital innovation and equity, Taqee has been an honoree of both TCB’s Tech 20 and MSPBJ’s 40 Under 40. He serves on the boards of Fairview Health Services and the U of MN Foundation’s Medical Philanthropy Board, and is a former St. Paul Planning Commissioner. Taqee holds a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience and studied
epidemiology at the University of Minnesota’s School of Public Health. He lives in Arden Hills, raising four children with his wife, Imagine Deliver Founder & CEO, Kate Downing Khaled.
