Justin is a seasoned innovator and advisor with over 25 years of experience driving growth across corporate, startup, and investment landscapes. His passion lies in developing new products, businesses, and experiences that positively impact people's lives. Throughout his career, Justin has guided hundreds of businesses, both large and small, on business planning, product launches, and growth strategies.
Justin co-founded FutureNorth, an initiative aimed at empowering black entrepreneurs in the Twin Cities. Justin is also an active Angel Investor with Groove Capital. By day, Justin serves as a growth advisor and new product innovation coach in corporate innovation at General Mills.
Justin previously received recognition for his work in the Twin Cities entrepreneurial ecosystem. In 2011, Twin Cities Business magazine named Justin to their list of "Minnesotans You Should Know" and in 2015, he received the prestigious 40 Under 40 Award from Minneapolis St. Paul Business Magazine.
